Bespoke Massage

Massage is what brought me into the world of beauty therapy.  I am very pleased to offer No Hands Massage, a technique brought by the founder Gerry Pyves. This style of massage is deep, firm and structural, releasing, rejuvenating and nourishing, beneficial for tight knots and aching muscles.

In addition, I have done advanced training with Jing Massage school. I can help people who are in pain and for whom a light effleurage or a standard deep tissue routine may not be appropriate. If this is you, I will use Myofascial Release (MFR), Trigger Point Therapy and stretching techniques.

I tailor each massage session to your individual needs, so rarely do two people have the same massage. Although generally thought of as full body massage, I concentrate on specific areas which need the most attention, so for some sessions and for many people, the entire body is not necessarily worked on.
